📘 Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Statistical Assistant (Volunteer) to support ongoing projects under Digital Education, Digital Health, and ICT Centers.

The selected volunteer will:

• Analyze and interpret program data to measure impact and outcomes.

• Generate visual reports and dashboards for decision-making.

• Present insights that strengthen project efficiency and sustainability.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze and interpret datasets provided by Swashodhan Trust from all project domains.

✅ Perform statistical and comparative analysis (averages, growth trends, impact evaluations).

✅ Prepare visual reports, charts, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

✅ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program performance.

✅ Contribute to quarterly and annual impact reports for internal and donor review.

✅ Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and the data management team.

📊 All data collection and maintenance (Excel, Google Sheets, MySQL) will be handled internally by Swashodhan Trust.Your role focuses only on analysis, interpretation, and visualization of the datasets provided.

🧠 Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Visualization Tools (Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio)

• Knowledge of basic statistics and data presentation

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines
