On Friday, August 2, 2024, Swashodhan Trust organized a one-day Eye Care Mega Camp at the Tosham Telemedicine Clinic, providing free vision screening, on-the-spot spectacles, and cataract surgery referrals for underserved tribal communities in Adilabad District.

The camp was led by Dr. Maheshwar Reddy (ENT Specialist with extensive vision screening experience) and supported by a trained optometry team. Patients included children, working adults, and elderly residents — many receiving an eye check-up for the first time.The goal was to identify early-stage vision loss, reduce dependency, and restore dignity through simple, life-transforming eye care interventions.
