Refurbished Computers & Devices for Rural Education
Bridging the Digital Divide with Repaired, Reused, and Skill-Trained Empowerment
At Swashodhan Trust, we believe that technology should never go to waste when it can transform young lives.Through our Refurbished Computers & Devices Initiative, we collect computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, and accessories (such as mouse, keyboard, etc.) from generous donors, repair them with the help of locally trained volunteers, and distribute them to rural schools, ICT centers, and underprivileged children.
This initiative not only provides digital access to those in need but also creates skill training and entrepreneurship opportunities for volunteers who learn to repair and maintain devices while contributing to a meaningful cause.
🎯 Objectives
Promote digital inclusion by providing refurbished devices to rural schools and communities.
Reduce e-waste through responsible reuse of working technology.
Build local entrepreneurship and skill training programs by empowering volunteers in device repair and maintenance.
Support Digital Education, Digital Health, and ICT Centers with much-needed refurbished systems.
