🏢 About the Role
We are seeking a Telemedicine Nurse & Digital Health Clinic Coordinator to deliver patient care, coordinate teleconsultations across primary, preventive, pediatric, gynecology, multispecialty, superspecialty, tele-Ayurveda, tele-yoga, and tele-homeopathy services, maintain EHR records using OpenEMR, and operationally lead the clinic team at our rural and tribal clinics in Narnoor and Tosham, Adilabad District.
🧠 Role Summary
The nurse delivers front-line patient care and coordinates the full teleconsultation workflow — from patient registration and vital signs to EHR documentation and referrals. The selected candidate has a clear pathway to become owner/operator of the Digital Health Clinic and share clinic revenue with the team after probation. The Trust does not take a single paisa for the services and equipment it provides.
🕐 Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Location: Narnoor or Tosham, Adilabad District (residential — must reside near clinic)
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Register patients and record complaints, medical history, medicines, allergies, vital signs, and clinical information in OpenEMR/EHR
Coordinate primary, preventive, pediatric, gynecology, multispecialty, superspecialty, tele-Ayurveda, tele-yoga and tele-homeopathy teleconsultations
Present clinical information clearly to doctors and explain prescriptions, investigations, referrals and follow-up instructions to patients
Operate digital stethoscope, PFT equipment, vital-sign monitors and other approved telemedicine devices; transmit readings and images to doctors
Recognize emergencies, arrange timely referral, and maintain patient-safety, infection-control, biomedical-waste and confidentiality standards
