Swashodhan Trust currently operates Telemedicine Clinics in Tosham and Narnoor, rural and tribal areas of Adilabad district, Telangana, and is in the process of opening three additional clinics, with plans to scale further.

🏥 About the Role
The Telemedicine Primary Care Doctor will provide healthcare services through Swashodhan Trust’s Telemedicine Clinics, focusing on rural and tribal populations. The role includes online consultations, limited administrative responsibilities, participation in village health camps, and research-related activities.
🧠 Role Summary
This role focuses on delivering primary and preventive care through Telemedicine, using Electronic Health Records (OpenEMR), supporting multi-speciality care delivery, and contributing to healthcare outreach and research activities.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Provide online consultations to patients
Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services
Support multi-speciality and super-speciality care
Provide Ayurveda and Homeopathy consultations
Participate in Tele-Yoga and rehabilitation services
Use Electronic Health Records (OpenEMR) for patient documentation (training provided)
Handle basic administrative tasks
Participate in village health camps (once or twice per month)
Contribute to healthcare-related research activities

🧩 Essential Skills & Qualifications
MBBS (Mandatory)
MD – General Medicine (Preferred)

🕒 Working Schedule
Morning Clinic: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Evening Clinic: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sundays and holidays: Closed

💰 Compensation
Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Per patient payment: ₹50 to ₹100 (based on rural economic status)
Opportunity to generate revenue through consultations
Financial growth through CSR-funded programs and research activities

Laptop to be arranged by the physician (until EHR app is available)
Internet connection to be arranged if not available
Health camp expenses will be covered by Swashodhan Trust
