The Trust is building Self-Sustaining, Self-Sufficient, Dharmic Digital Model Villages, integrating healthcare, digital education, and employment ecosystems in rural and tribal areas of Telangana.

Swashodhan Trust has established a modern ICT Centre in Narnoor with a clear vision:

Through structured digital education, online employment pathways, and access to technology, the ICT Centre aims to:

• Create 30 online IT jobs per village (Target ₹30,000/month income per candidate)

• Generate 30 additional secondary local jobs

• Enable sustainable rural employment

• Reduce migration to cities

• Build a scalable Digital Village economic model

The Centre currently includes:

• 15 client systems + central server (expandable to 50 systems)
