📘 Overview

On January 7 & 8, 2025, Swashodhan Trust brought essential healthcare directly to the remote tribal villages of Tosham and Takiguda in Adilabad District through a two-day Rural Outreach Health Camp.For many families, this was the first organized medical event they had ever attended, giving them long-awaited access to professional healthcare services.

A temporary mobile health station was set up with diagnostic tools, printed forms, essential medicines, and portable medical kits—ensuring efficient care delivery even in a low-resource environment.
