📘 Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Statistical Assistant (Volunteer) to support ongoing projects under Digital Education, Digital Health, and ICT Centers.

The selected volunteer will:

• Analyze and interpret program data to measure impact and outcomes.

• Generate visual reports and dashboards for decision-making.

• Present insights that strengthen project efficiency and sustainability.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze and interpret datasets provided by Swashodhan Trust from all project domains.

✅ Perform statistical and comparative analysis (averages, growth trends, impact evaluations).

✅ Prepare visual reports, charts, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

✅ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program performance.

✅ Contribute to quarterly and annual impact reports for internal and donor review.
