At Swashodhan Trust, transparency is at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to maintaining complete clarity in how we receive, utilize, and report financial contributions. As a legally registered NGO under Indian law, we comply with all government regulations and are currently in the process of obtaining FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) registration to receive and manage foreign donations lawfully.

📝 FCRA registration is under process. Once approved, foreign contributions will be accepted and disclosed as per law.

📦 How Your Contributions Are Used

Every rupee we receive is used purposefully to serve rural communities through:

  • 💻 ICT Skill Training Centers for youth and women

  • 🧰 Digital Infrastructure in underprivileged areas

All expenses are backed by valid receipts, invoices, and bills, and maintained for external audit and government inspections.

🏢 Minimal Administrative Overhead

          We strive for operational efficiency:

  • 🧾 Admin costs are maintained at 10% to 20%

  • 📂 All overheads (rent, salaries, utilities, internet, software) are clearly categorized

  • 💼 Transparent budgeting for project vs. administrative expenses

    This ensures that maximum funds go directly to beneficiary programs.

📑 Financial Reports & Audit Trail

         For every key project, we provide:

  • 📊 Financial Report: Category-wise fund usage and summaries

  • 📘 Activity Report: Objectives, progress, outcomes, and impact

    These reports are available for download below and are updated quarterly or annually.

🧾 Audit & Legal Compliance

         We follow a rigorous compliance process:

  • ✅ 12A & 80G Certificates – Available for download

  • 🔐 Internal and external audits conducted annually

  • 📁 All statutory filings are up to date

  • 🏦 Bank accounts maintained separately for domestic and foreign funds (post-FCRA)

          Once FCRA is approved, we will:

  • 📌 Display the FCRA Registration Number

  • 🏦 Share FC Bank account details

  • 🔄 Publish quarterly and annual foreign contribution reports as per Rule 13 of FCRA Rules.
