The Trust works to build Self-Sustaining, Self-Sufficient, Dharmic Digital Model Villages, where education, healthcare, and digital livelihood opportunities are available within villages through digital connectivity—helping prevent urban migration.

Currently, Swashodhan Trust operates across 15 districts of Telangana, primarily in rural and tribal regions of Adilabad district, with coordination and administration handled through its Hyderabad office.

🏢 About the Role


The Front Office Assistant at the Hyderabad office is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communication, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily administrative activities. This role is essential for smooth coordination between field teams, management, and external stakeholders.


🧠 Role Summary


The role focuses on front office management, communication handling, document preparation, electronic filing, and basic office administration, supporting the Trust’s programs and operations.


⚙️ Key Responsibilities


  • Make and answer telephone calls

  • Take, send, and manage WhatsApp messages and emails

  • Schedule and manage appointments

  • Perform typing and data entry tasks

  • Use Microsoft Office and basic computer tools

  • Create documents (content will be provided)

  • Maintain electronic filing and documentation

  • Organize monthly bills and receipts

  • Keep office records and materials properly arranged

  • Provide documents and information when required

  • Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks

🧩 Essential Skills & Qualifications


  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Good typing and documentation skills

  • Strong communication skills in Telugu (mandatory)

  • English and Hindi preferred

  • Ability to handle routine office administration independently


🎓 Education


  • B.Com / B.Sc / any graduate

  • Undergraduate candidates may be considered if skilled

  • Experience in social activities is an added advantage


📍 Job Details


  • Position: Front Office Assistant

  • Location: Hyderabad Office – Swashodhan Trust

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday


💰 Compensation & Benefits


  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month (₹1.80 Lakhs per annum) – based on experience

  • TA & DA: Provided for work-related activities

  • Holidays: Public holidays and festival holidays
