Shri Shyam Reddy is a retired Chemical Engineer and respected community leader whose life embodies integrity, humility, and dedication to service. A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University, he built a distinguished career of over 33 years in the steel industry, known for his technical excellence and commitment to ethical values. Guided by the principles of Dharma and social responsibility, he ensured that his professional journey contributed positively to people and communities.

After retirement, he devoted himself to social service and rural development, working to strengthen education, healthcare, and community empowerment initiatives. As a Trustee of Swashodhan Trust, he plays an active role in advancing its vision of creating self-sufficient, self-sustaining, and value-driven digital villages.

He is happily married and a proud father of two well-settled children in the USA. Guided by discipline and selfless purpose, Shri Shyam Reddy’s life continues to inspire others to serve society with compassion and dedication.
