About Us
Swashodhan Trust is a non-profit, non-governmental organization working toward developing a “Self-Sustaining, Self Sufficient, dharmic/holistic", Digital Model Village to prevent Urban Migration.
Self-Sufficient means born in village, Education, Health, Jobs, Government services and Die in village .
Swashodhan is a registered organization under Sections 12A and 80G and have CSR. The trust is also in the process of obtaining an FCRA and research permission.
How was it started?

After living in US for 35 years and practicing interventional Cardiology in USA for 25 years, he came back to India to do selfless seva for upliftment of Rural India.

Vipaasana - which he has been practicing from 18 years guided him to change his life from worldly to spiritual path.

After experiencing the shallowness of worldly, sensual life of US got convinced that real happiness in life is living a spiritual life – To achieve this objective he started Swashodhan Trust.

The Trust was established in May 2017 by Dr. Karunakar Reddy.

He has visited several slums and NGO’s from 2014 and decided to do “Social Rural Entrepreneurship”.

Progress of the Swashodhan Trust

The Trust runs on the foundation that "Education eliminates people's sufferings" ( Avidhya to Vidhya)

It also believes that by building smart villages it will be able to cater to various needs of the villages like education, health, livelihood, agriculture, women empowerment, environment, and revenue generation with the help of digital highways.

The experience gained from the Chippalapally Digital village project, Swashodhan is planning to replicate a similar Digital model in two other remote villages in Adilabad.

Tosham Village, Gudihatnur Mandal.

Mallapur Village, Indervelly Mandal and other remote tribal areas.
This model will be replicated in all other villages of India.
