Swashodhan Trust's Digital Education
Swashodhan Trust although focused in rural and Tribal schools, we also reach out to educational institutions that have socially and economically disadvantaged students.
Virajanada Vedic Vidyalaya was established in the year 1972. It was founded by Lakshmi Narayana (President of Arya Samaj and ex-counselor of Kavadiguda) with few other members of Arya Samaj.
The current principal Anjaneyulu Garu with the help of Arya Samaj members worked very hard to transform the school into a knowledge hub. He worked as a Welder at the Indian Railways. He found time to work in the school after his office hours. After his retirement, he completely dedicated his life to the school. At the age of 70, is a simple man and ventured on his bicycle to commute.
Swashodhan Trust was very happy that the trust is helping the children who came from low socially economic background and from migrated laborers. The children are intelligent but have been provided with less opportunities. Through Digital Education we can provide High Quality- Free Education to these people. The school charges a tuition of 150/- per month. This was also difficult to afford by them. The Trust is happy to serve the children of this school.
